Commission policy

These rules can be updated from the dashboard. The calculator below uses current commission rules from BMX_API.

Core rules

• Monthly rent: landlord pays 10% of the first month rent.
• Sale: 1.5% on sale amount.
• Daily rent: landlord + tenant each pay 2% of daily rent.
